Dutch Lady Strawberry Low fat Yogurt
yeaaahhaaa!
time for midnight snack..
this is what im having ryt now.
yes.u heard it right.
i wonder why people dont like to eat this. im not saying all. just few, okei??
it's healthy, yummy and low fat.
i dont mind having this evryday. haha it tastes good.
and it contains calcium, vit A, C & E.
calcium is really good for your bones and teeth. it'll make it strong. Vitamin A aids in maintaining the health of skin. Vitamin c contributes to the absorption of iron from food and Vitamin E protects the fat in body tissues from oxidation.
i heard that vitamin E is good for ur skin too. it will give u a healthy skin, and younger looking skin.
so, for those who doesn't like yoghurt, grab one from the nearest supermarket. you won't regret it. i assure u. :)
